Most engagements start with a 30-minute call.

From there: a diligence sprint, a fractional rolling engagement, a board seat, or a delivery programme with the thirty3 team. Every engagement keeps me close to the product and the build. I help decide what to build next, review architecture, prototype with the team, and ship code when that's the fastest way through. I work across Switzerland, EU, USA and India, in English and Hindi.

Product-led delivery: frame the customer problem, validate the business value, define and prioritise the first useful release, then build, launch, measure and improve. End-to-end production builds with the thirty3 team, with me in the product decisions, architecture and code alongside them. Experience spans RAG and multi-agent systems, recommendation and ranking, customer-service resolution, evidence-based decision products and enterprise digital twins. We also modernise or rebuild complex production platforms when the existing stack is the bottleneck.
