I've spent most of my career close to the build, not above it. Most engagements start with a 30-minute call to see whether I'd fit your organisation. From there it can be a fractional or interim leadership role, a tech, AI or platform-architecture review, due diligence for investors or acquirers, a hands-on AI workshop, a board or advisory seat, or a delivery with the thirty3 team. And if it's genuinely exciting, it can grow into something full-time. Wherever it goes, I stay in the work: product decisions, architecture, prototypes and code.

I speak and moderate on AI strategy, responsible AI, AI across industries and women in tech, at conferences, exec offsites, podcasts and Swiss startup events.
§ 05 · Mentorship
Part of why I do this is access: the benefits of this industry should reach people who are often left out, not just the ones already ahead. Separate from paid work, I mentor young women entering tech and AI. I take on a small number each year: send a short note about where you are and what you're after.
I also mentor non-profits through Tech To The Rescue, helping teams in climate, health, education, disaster response and economic opportunity shape AI projects that actually help.
