Fifteen years building AI, big-data and cloud systems, from voice assistants at Amazon Lab126, to regulatory copilots for Swiss banks, to a wellness platform I founded and exited.
Today I lead AI strategy and delivery as Co-founder, CTO & Board Member at thirty3 and co-initiate AI Hub Switzerland. Based in Zürich, U.S. citizen of Indian heritage. UCLA MSc in data science and machine learning.
Still an engineer at heart. I lead, advise and sit on boards, and I'm in the architecture, the prototypes and the code reviews every week.

Led full-stack development of customer-service platforms for Alexa, FireTV and Kindle, handling millions of daily interactions. Built NLP and ML models that improved voice-query handling and reduced unresolved Alexa help requests; shipped a help-utterance CMS and clickstream analytics with end-to-end metrics dashboards. - 2014

Architected the Java/Coral backend and NLP interaction model for a customer-serving platform handling millions of daily help queries across Echo, FireTV and Kindle. Designed for high concurrency, low-latency retrieval and safe fallback.

Designed thirty3's multi-agent reference architecture: orchestrator, retrieval, reasoning and critic agents inside the client perimeter. Stood up the AI & engineering hub in New Delhi and scaled the design + engineering hub in Warsaw. Clients span venture-backed startups and scale-ups, unicorns, SMEs and global corporates.
